Role Highlights:

Hybrid Schedule: Work 3 days in-office, 2 days remote Competitive Salary: $70K-$85K+ with flexibility based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of litigation from intake to appealDraft and prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and trial materialsCoordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearancesOrganize exhibits and witness materials for trial preparationDocket deadlines and manage case files meticulously across multiple jurisdictions

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on defense and trial supportStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle a high-volume caseloadProficiency with legal software and experience billing timeExcellent communication and team collaboration skills
