Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal for a full-service law firm in Dallas. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the Managing Partner with administrative and case-related tasks. This opportunity is fully on-site, direct hire, and full time.

Responsibilities:

Maintain frequent contact with clients, opposing counsel, court coordinators, staff attorneys, and firm service providersMonitor the Managing Partner's emails throughout the day Travel with the Managing Partner to hearings, mediations, depositions, and any out of town case-related travel (occasional overnight travel is required)Prepare for Zoom calls, trials, meetings, and scheduled phone conferencesEntertain clients and handle inquiries promptlyCollaborate with the Team Legal Secretary for new client intake calls and update the critical phone sheetWork alongside other litigation teams, as well as administrative and accounting departments as needed Commit to overtime as needed for rush projects, critical filings, or after-hours client meetings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate with 10+ years' of experience in a similar roleSuperior computer skills and keyboardingExcellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize projects efficientlyIn-depth knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and due date calculationsProficiency in software and databases: Word, Hummingbird eDocs, ProDoc eFiling, PACER, Westlaw or LexisNexis, Secretary of State, eDiscovery platforms, and general internet research sitesAdditional software knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, time and billing) is a plusExperience with document sharing from laptop to media screen in court is a plus
