RELYANT Global, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Advisor for a large contract primarily concerned with Global Advisory. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Logistics Advisor will serve at the task order level upon award. The Senior Logistics Advisor will provide program management support, perform data analysis, develop briefings and papers for all levels of leadership both internally and externally, and conduct research in support of initiatives. DUTIES: + Conceptualizes, researches, gathers data, and drafts the technical approaches incorporating best practices, standard processes and procedures, and other innovative/winning approaches, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and other practices set by upper management directives + Provides input to management and personnel sections and develops staffing structures/management plans/technical approaches, and advises on the recruitment of proposed personnel + Contributes to the development of Bases of Estimates (BOEs) for staffing and cost proposal development + Develops mobilization, transition, and phase in plans and schedules associated with contract execution + Works with Business Area Teams, carrying out short-term technical assistance, participating in advance reconnaissance/ field missions, conferences and outreach events to gather information for new proposals + Participates in capture efforts through collecting business intelligence and innovative technical approaches + Leads or participates in Team Strategy sessions + Prepares written text and coordinates layout and organization of narrative and graphics incorporated into business proposals, manuals and other documents according to prepared outlines and specifications + Research available technical data including product information, operational concepts, technical approaches, drawings, design reports, equipment and test specifications in support of proposal development + Researches, develops and writes technical content for technical and management documents as required for proposals and contracts EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE + Education: Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in logistics and supply chain management, research & evaluation, and/or other related fields. + Minimum Acceptable Experience Level: + Three years working in a sub-Saharan Africa partner nation as a logistics advisor to partner nation militaries. + Five years' hands-on experience working in a U.S. military logistics career field at the Battalion (S-4) section or equivalent level, with at least two years working at the Brigade or equivalent Staff level. + Four years' experience with supply sourcing systems and military resourcing systems. + Demonstrated adherence to quality standards and reviews program deliverables. + Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. + Demonstrated ability to successfully work with customers/clients, including the ability to respond to cost and technical tasks, monitor contract and task order performance, and apply required course corrections. + Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software to include Word, Power Point, Teams, Excel (advanced) and SharePoint. + Fluency (spoken and written) in English language RELYANT Global offers a complete benefit package that includes : + Health and Welfare (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance) + Health Savings Accounts + Retirement or 401K with matching contribution + Paid Time Off (Holiday, Vacation and Sick Time) + Short term disability + Long Term disability + Employee Assistance Programs + Tuition Reimbursement RELYANT is a Veteran Owned Business with our Global headquarters located in Maryville, TN.
