With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a timeline tracking mechanism for all assigned purchases as they progress through the designated processesProactively analyze and track purchases for value of cost, software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.Process all assigned purchases in a timely mannerIdentify all issues that may slow down the procurement timelineEnter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance support renewals and new purchases throughout purchasing process.Review and understand vendor contracts and software license agreements to understand the terms and conditions in which the software can be utilized.Work with vendors, IT, and Supply Chain teams to analyze and resolve complex issues associated with enterprise purchasingInteract and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers, peers, vendors, and supervisors.Perform all other duties as assigned*
 

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of related logistics work experience.Active secret security clearance.BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experienceStrong written and verbal skills.Self-starter who can independently work and collaborate with other teams.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs.Experience with ServiceNowFamiliar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAsExperience communicating with multiple vendors and project managersExperience with data entry (SC360), Accounting Systems and SharePoint
