Position Overview: As a 2nd Shift Senior Logistics Associate, you will support the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations in a climate-controlled distribution center, ensuring processes run efficiently and contributing to the achievement of team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Supervisor: Collaborate with the Supervisor to oversee daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members.Control Desk Management: Manage the prep desk and control desk operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processing.Product Handling: Assist with replenishments, pick products, conduct audits, and track dashboards to meet operational goals.Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between operations management, group managers, and associates to ensure alignment and clarity in tasks.

Experience and Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and computer applications, including Word and Outlook.Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and team members.Warehouse Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center setting.Lean Methodology: Lean experience is a plus; willingness to learn and apply continuous improvement techniques.Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with automation systems is a plus.Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a lead, team lead, or group lead is preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $36,600.00 - $54,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
