As a Senior Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, you will play a vital role in building and expanding the core machine learning capabilities of Sinch's AI offering. Working as part of a dynamic and cross-functional team, you will have the autonomy to define objectives and goals, taking ownership of the entire product development life cycle - from planning and design to implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. 

You will work in the Generative AI team of Sinch. The Generative AI team powers Sinch's products with Generative AI capabilities but not limited to that. The team has contributed AI to a number of Sinch products including Mailjet, Mailgun, MessageMedia, Engage, Contact Pro, SMS Campaigns, SimpleTexting and Chatlayer. As part of your job, you will evaluate, test, customize and deploy AI models into those products. While the majority of the AI models we currently serve are LLM-based, we are expanding into other areas such as anomaly detection and fraud detection.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, your responsibilities will include: 

Interacting with stakeholders to understand problem details and requirements Analyzing data to gain insight about a particular problem and determine the best strategy to resolve it Experimenting with, applying, and benchmarking new algorithms Deploying machine learning solutions in the cloud and maintaining them Proactively exploring new and emerging AI technologies that can enhance the value delivered to our product and customers Setting up proof-of-concepts and transforming them into production-ready features
