**Senior Maintenance Planner** Manufacturing & Utilities North Columbus, OH, US Pay Rate Low: 40 | Pay Rate High: 45 + Added - 09/07/2025 Apply for Job **Senior Maintenance Planner** Our client owns and operates a leading biotech facility in the North Columbus area and is seeking a detail-oriented **Senior Maintenance Planner** to oversee and streamline the work order process! **Location:** North Columbus, OH **1st shift** **Pay:** $40–$45/hour (based on experience) **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders, from intake and review to closure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. + Act as the main point of contact for all work order-related inquiries, escalations, audits, and inspection requests. + Review incoming work orders for proper content, priority alignment, documentation, and compliance with SOPs before routing. + Monitor and maintain data integrity in the CMMS (Maximo), including tracking KPIs, work order statuses, backlog, and PM completion. + Facilitate backlog meetings and collaborate with planners, schedulers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and communication. + Provide guidance and training on CMMS usage to internal stakeholders as needed. + Manage Maximo user support and system updates; act as the site service lead for Maximo administration. + Serve as a backup for maintenance planners/schedulers and support management of high-priority or delayed work orders. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree preferred + Must have at least 5 years of maintenance supervisor/maintenance planning experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) + Familiarity with Maximo or similar CMMS platforms (preferred but not required) + Experience developing maintenance plans for construction projects is a plus **"This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
