MAU is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for our client Rinnai in Griffin, GA. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will perform maintenance, repairs, and installation of manufacturing equipment, as well as support small fabrication projects and Tool & Die activities based on experience. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Benefits Package 401(k) 401(k) matching Life insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short-term disability Long-term disability Paid vacation Paid holidays Flexible spending account Shift Information Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Required Education and Experience High School diploma or GED 2-year technical degree in Industrial Systems Technology OR comparable experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance 5+ years of Maintenance Technician experience Preferred Education and Experience Knowledge and application of PLC controls Tool & Die and Fabrication experience General Requirements Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Familiarity with fabrication shop tools and equipment Hands-on welding experience Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical prints for troubleshooting Knowledge of National Electrical Code Working knowledge of encoders, electronics, mechanics, and computers Knowledge of robotic programming and repair Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment Experience with robotic assembly devices, conveyors, electrical distribution systems, and building automation systems Advanced troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to fabricate and modify tools and fixtures Safe and effective operation of personnel lifts Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel High level of personal integrity and honesty Team-oriented with customer service and quality focus Essential Functions Install, maintain, and repair equipment including piping, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Connect electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic lines to equipment Perform preventative maintenance of equipment and line-side chillers Maintain repair equipment, spare parts, and supplies inventory Develop and follow preventative maintenance procedures Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, robotic, and PLC systems Program and repair robotic systems Repair and maintain computer-controlled systems and robotic devices Diagnose and repair servo and variable frequency drives Fabricate simple jigs and production tools Utilize CMMS software for maintenance tracking Assist with Tool & Die repair and machine shop tasks Consistently comply with company safety practices and policies Perform other maintenance duties as assigned Working Conditions Exposure to occasional high and low temperatures Work in noisy or hazardous environments and small enclosed spaces Physical Demands Climbing ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps Remaining stationary (standing or sitting) for prolonged periods Sedentary to medium work involving movement of objects up to 50 pounds unassisted Regular assessment of work accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness
