The Senior Management Analyst will be responsible for data analysis and project coordination critical to developing and implementing business solutions across the Faculty Practice Group. In collaboration with the Faculty Practice Group Central Operations team and departments this position will be significant in the use of data and process improvement tactics to ensure identification and adoption of best practices to support the organization’s vision and goals. This position maintains a key role in physician practice business analysis, practice acquisition planning, and medical practice expansion efforts.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct data collection, analysis, and present to support initiatives and projects Identify meaningful insights and communicate through clearly structured reports and presentations Utilize benchmarking applications and databases to ensure identification and adoption of best practices that will lead to superior process performance Identify and quantify optimal quality improvement processes to support the organization's vision and goals Assist/lead initiation and implementation of cost reduction/containment programs Assist/lead in process design/redesign initiatives through various methodologies: system/ops analysis, forecasting demands, constraint analysis, application of queuing theory service delivery methods, simulation modeling, work flow analysis, perform in-depth financial analysis
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Required; Masters Degree Preferred in Healthcare Administration or Business 5 years work experience Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills Familiarity with EPIC reports Working knowledge of medical practice finance and physician practice compensation planning
