Senior Management - Compensation Survey Administration

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Remuneration Data Solutions Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect?

The purpose of this position is to assume responsibility for the management, coordination and completion of compensation and benefits survey projects. Manages all aspects of the projects, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks/responsibilities, monitoring and evaluating the progress of the project and reporting status updates to leadership.  Also, to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for multiple survey projects that serve to produce compensation, benefits and human resource practice survey data reports and analytical tools that are subsequently purchased by clients. Though it is an individual contributor (IC) role however you will indirectly work with group of people who are responsible for delivering timely and quality work. 

We will count on you to:

Project ManagementOwn accountability by being able to help the teams troubleshoot issues in projects both on technical and business side.Being responsible for driving initiatives within the group and ensure the results from those with a confined focus on the timelines and quality.Define and drive the standard employee measurement factors like KRAs, Mentoring and Project SLAs.Possess excellent people manager skills and client relationship skills.Individual Contributor experience to handle remote client and project management.Should act as very strong escalation resolution source for the entire project team for any of the assigned projects. If there are any issues on the agreed deliverables, then articulation of the same issue with the right message on the impact analysis.Multi-Tasking and very sharp mind that can work every day with the same rigor.Effective /accurate reporting skills (Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, word, MS Visio and MS Project)Define, delegate and monitor the various employee engagement initiatives for the assigned shop viz; R&Rs, SPOT Award System, One on ones and so on.

Data / Survey Analysis:Deliver rewards consulting projects across domains like job matching/evaluation, compensation/benefits benchmarking, analysing reportsDevelop and maintain good understanding of available publication reportsAnalyze client data for accuracy and completenessClearly define hypothesis from data and find inferencesIdentify and analyse trends in client data and suggest solutionsInvolve in peer review activities and sign off the end product/result for total remuneration surveysAdheres to all standards and guidelines established for line of businessContributes to process documentation and software tools review as requiredParticipate and lead internal Projects to improve talent, quality, service delivery and internal efficiency/effectivenessLead knowledge sessions to mentor new members of the team. Support the leader in executing short and long term plans for the development of the team.

What you need to have: 

Minimum 8 years’ experience overallBachelor’s degree in information systems or related field preferredExtensive experience in compensation / rewards survey managementStrong leadership, people management, project management and client management skills.Must have a strong appreciation and experience in knowledge transfer efforts and transitions.Knowledge on Quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen are good to have.Demonstrated ability to manage and guide front line managers across multiple shifts.Strong multitasking and analytical skillsStrong experience in KT and transitions in complex processes.
