You will work with the Channel Portfolio teams. The Channel portfolio will hold all the products related: Omnisales Direct-to-Consumer, Experience centres and stores, and 3P. Your role will seat under the 3P product family, and you will be part of a product squad, the 3P China Product Squad.
You will be focusing on China only, developing and maintaining specific media and solution for the market (such as WeChat as a Social Media Sales). For relevancy, the position is based in Pernod Ricard China main office, in Shanghai.

The current Pernod Ricard ecosystem is a fragmented operating model. The 3P Business Analyst will act as a change enabler to define with our Global business counterparts a target blueprint, the archetypes and our strategy to meet our company’s ambitions.
Forward looking, you will be part of a newly created squad. It will be key to be able to setup strong relationships with the China Tech Proximity Teams, in charge of capturing and funnelling business needs, and the Global Business Process Teams, in charge of defining the global strategy for all markets and the company.
The responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders' needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value.
Product Catalog Management : Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager
Demand management & Backlog Management : Perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications. Convert business requirements into EPIC's, Features and User stories to fuel a product backlog. Secure maintenance of requirements throughout product lifecycle, translating product backlog into functional and non-functional requirements at each phase
Product lifecycle management : Collaborate with development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs. Contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value. Build documentation on processes & results to ease understanding of stakeholders & decision-making on value. Support documentation creation for final users. Prepare roll-out plan in coordination with proximity teams
Incident management : Contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution
