About the Role

Responsible for Expanding the Agency Distributions Manpower and Active New Advisor
 Strengthen the Recruitment Capacity
o Activate recruitment activity of Existing Leader
o Leader Promotion
o External Recruitment
o Advisor Referral Program
 Develop platforms and program to strengthen the Recruitment Capability
 Develop Platforms and Program to activate the New Recruits
 Governance of Financed and Non-Financed program
 Lead and Develop Recruitment Team to cater on different requirements of the Distribution Channels
 Strong collaboration with all stakeholders of the company

Can communicate with upper and mid management level which includes regional partner Can articulate the strategy from top management down to the agency distribution Has the ability to develop, launch and govern programs that can influence the growth of the company.

Develop, Launch and Govern programs that activates the existing leaders, promotion initiative, and external leader recruitment.

Develop Launch and Govern Programs that can create great awareness and attraction to the agency career.

Develop, Launch and Govern platforms that strengthen the recruitment capabilities thru Technology, Campaigns and Trainings

Develop, Launch and Govern platforms and campaigns to engage and activate recruits.

Governance of programs thru training, providing playbook, performance management and generate reports.

Governance on onboarding, performance management and offboarding which includes financing payout and deviation approval and process.

Designing and implementing recruitment campaigns

Building and maintaining strong relationship with other departments, unit and agency distribution. Has an ability to do Fundamental and technical analysis on Recruitment, Leader Development and Activation of Recruits Has a strong agency business acumen Strong leadership
