What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Analyst, Investor Relations, you’ll be a key member of TTEC’s Marketing team and tactically positioned to partner with cross-functional and senior leaders to communicate TTEC’s vision, strategy, and market differentiation as a leading Customer Experience as a Service (CXaaS) partner for many of the world’s most iconic and disruptive brands.

You'll report to the Executive Director of Marketing.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Manage analyst requests for information (RFIs), surveys, customer reference requests, regular analyst briefings and analyst presentations. Collaborate across the organization to define Analyst Relations goals, measure progress against those goals and communicate results/outcomes to key internal and external stakeholders. Continuously manage AR relationships including vendor contracts, analyst interactions/activities and identify opportunities to improve relationships with leading and ascending analyst relations firms. Ideally bring experience and a successful track record of participation in major analyst research with analyst firms like Gartner, Forrester, Everest, IDC, Omdia, ISG, Nelson-Hall, HfS, Frost & Sullivan among others. Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and perform a variety of deadline driven projects. Maintain various internal calendars and tracking documents. Consistently seek out opportunities to leverage technology and implement best practices to reduce time and organizational burden to respond to analyst RFIs and inquiries. Assist with internal requests for analyst research and information. Assist with project management of licensed research promotions in partnership with PR, Design, Digital, and Demand Gen teams. Support media relations strategy and influencer outreach, as needed.

What You Bring to the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations and/or Finance  3 years as a public and/or investor relations Analyst role. 2 years of professional experience within leading global technology-enabled business and professional service organizations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a small team environment, but also work effectively with all cross-organizational functions Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative environment, managing relationships at all levels (externally with advisors, influencers, and internally. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, organizational and prioritization skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient across all Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable developing and implementing new processes. Keen focus on measuring and communication analyst relations ROI.
