\n\n At least 15 years of technical expertise and industry knowledge with Engineering degree.\n Experience managing multiple project implementations and project teams.\n Contribute to the development of strategies.\n Analyze client requirements and provide design solutions.\n Requires a comprehensive understanding of concepts within own field and knowledge of others.\n Uses clear communication skills to influence others, including senior leadership.\n Lead data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data from and to various systems.\n Manages the activities of first-level managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors.\n Proficiency in independently managing and completing tasks.\n Complies with all policies and standards.\n Collaborates with other departments to prioritize software development needs.\n Evaluates results within work area to determine if organizational goals are being met.\n Analyzes and resolves development issues related to the full lifecycle of the software.\n Accountable for functional and operational planning and/or program management.\n Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans.\n Provides leadership to managers and senior professional staff.\n Manages multiple related teams, sets priorities, and allocates resources.\n Proactively manages resources to meet department goals.\n Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.             \n Ensure Team adherence to SOPs - Change Management, Coding Standards, and Knowledge Management.\n\n
