What you'll be doing
The Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (EAML) Group is responsible for all aspects of CIBC's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) and Sanctions regime, including development of policies and procedures, development and delivery of training, and reviewing the activities of CIBC's business and infrastructure groups, and investigative activities, including the receipt and analysis of information that may indicate money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions violation, or other high-risk activity.
Reporting to the Director, EAML Application and Testing, the Senior Manager, Production Support is accountable for EAML owned applications, providing support for all users to EAML owned applications and communication to SLT related to system issues. The Senior Manager will also provide reporting on status of ongoing initiatives and system related updates to SLT, and will manage resources to maximize productivity.

Relationship management – Work closely with business and technology partners to develop, test, and implement fixes to AML applications. Impact and improve the business by advising application owners on the technology issues and fixes.
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience in AML and the systems required to complete investigations. You are knowledgeable and have fundamental understanding of Anti-money Laundering and terrorist financing framework including regulatory requirements. You also have an understanding in EAML Business processes and function of EAML Applications to ensure proper decisions are made relating to the applications.
