Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Senior Manager, Area General to join our team at one of our high profile accounts in Boston, MA.

 

This Senior Manager, Area General role will be responsible for the multi-site portfolio locations in Massachusetts. 

 

The Senior Manager, Area General will be responsible for unit financials, hiring, training, strategic plan, development, contract management and new technology deployment throughout each location. Client management which includes strategic planning, monthly check ins, financial meetings, quarterly business reports

 

Total Volume: 10M

Strong contract management/compliance experienceA strong customer focus, exceptional communication, and organizational skills, and management experience in a food service environmentDelivering high quality food serviceAchieve company financial targets and goalsDeveloping and maintain client and customer relationsDeveloping strategic plansCreating a positive and enjoyable environmentEnsuring Sodexo Standards are met

Has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skillsHas a strong background in food safety and sanitation complianceHas the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills and has a passion for a high level of customer serviceCan demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
