Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The ASO Quality team ensures that the content and experiences executed on the Online Store meet Apple’s high standards of excellence, delivering exceptional quality and consistency across all digital touch points. Reporting to the Senior Director of Online Operations, the Senior Manager of Quality will lead efforts to consolidate quality operations into a centralized team, scale the function through flexible workforce programs and vendor partnerships, and drive process innovation through automation and AI.
