Hybrid Work Schedule consists of reporting to our 100 Church Street office location 3 days a week.
Scope of Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall strategy and delivery of high priority analytics supporting key enterprise and department initiatives
Oversees the development and implementation of analytics solutions that can be used to inform Audit and Compliance leaders on key performance indicators and department initiatives, including tracking of various performance metrics over time
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytic needs and manage the intake process of how to deliver analytical solutions to meet those needs
Implements and supports continuous process improvement and quality initiatives
Assumes a leadership role in Compliance and Internal Audit initiatives and presents data to other company stakeholders, as required
Develops relevant business relationships, thinks critically about interdepartmental problems and makes informed recommendations as to how to resolve issues

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or healthcare related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in healthcare or related field
Excellent analytical background/experience and common sense to investigate, analyze, and report metrics and identify data trends
Deep knowledge of cloud based and big data modeling tools
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited institution
Intermediate Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to create and lead presentations and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
Advanced data manipulation and reporting skills a plus (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau)
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Ability to study and understand the changing trends in the industry and market
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $119,900 - $183,430
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $102,600 - $156,655
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
