We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Data Analytics and Process Automation Initiatives, to help drive strategic decision-making, champion data driven culture, implement and oversee automation projects enhancing functional efficiency and effectiveness. This role combines technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation in the audit process.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist in defining and implementing a data-driven internal audit strategy.Act as a change agent by fostering a data-driven culture within the Internal Audit team.Develop and deliver training programs to upskill Internal Audit team members in data analytics tools and techniques.Mentor auditors on applying data analytics to enhance audit procedures and improve decision-making.Create resources, guides and best practices to support team members in using analytics and automation tools effectively.Assist in development of analytics dashboards and tools to monitor risks and provide insights into control effectiveness.Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in large datasets to uncover potential risks and inefficiencies.Drive continuous monitoring and auditing practices using data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)Lead the implementation of automation tools to streamline repetitive audit tasks such as testing, data extraction, and reporting.Gather requirements from business process owners, analyze and document business processes, develop use cases, and configure RPA solutions.Identify eligible manual business and financial processes with high success rates for automation.Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and larger projects to provide process input and execution efforts.Drive product testing and launches, technology changes, and continuous process improvements.Soft Skills:

Work Experience: 12+ years of experience in process automation or as a process analyst with an additional 2-3 years audit experience (preferred)Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar fieldTechnologies: Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and process automation tools (Automation Anywhere)Nature: Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, natural curiosity regarding human behavior, ability to work independently under minimal supervisionTravel: Ability and willingness to travel domestically in the US and internationally up to 10%.
