Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of B2B Marketing Operations will report to the Director of B2B Marketing and is responsible for developing all vertical/product marketing execution strategies through quantitative and qualitative data-driven analysis of full funnel marketing KPIs. This role will provide guidance and leadership to inform the executive team of the core industry marketing engagement tactics and investments to reach critical product/vertical audiences through various routes to market. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and alignment across all marketing teams within B2B and across the greater Samsung business.
Core Responsibilities:
Create performance management KPIs and provide analysis of the outcomes to inform future state marketingAdvance and evangelize marketing campaign strategies that showcase Samsung as an industry leader for core vertical solutions.Develop investment mix models that deliver strong ROI campaigns through our owned and partner-led marketing teams.Continuous analysis of the market with focus on core industry verticals (ex: Retail, Finance, Manufacturing) to understand their audience demographics, engagement platforms, and our competitive positioning.Provide selection criteria, direction, and budget management to multiple 3rd party agencies to provide outsourced campaign performance evaluation. Accountability for comprehensive full-year (by month) marketing budget, including allocation/communication to cross-functional teams, submission of marketing plans, alignment with financial operations to ensure budgetary controls, and in-cycle adjustments to ensure full utilization.Ad-hoc requests: Excel Reports, Strategy DecksMarket & Competitive Analysis:
Competitive analysis of our top competitors' positioning, projected investments, and marketing execution to create benchmarks for ensuring Samsung showcases itself as a best-in-class brand inside our targeted industry verticals.Develop a deep understanding of the sales process across all product categories and routes-to-market (IT Channel, Carrier, Digital, Events, and Sales Enablement).Skills and Qualifications
