Senior Manager, Brand and Customer Engagement - Rack
The Nordstrom Rack marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager responsible for Growth through new store openings and local marketing, including developing integrated marketing playbooks. The right candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop omnichannel marketing plans that drive brand engagement, consideration and new customer acquisition, increasing customer engagement and driving store traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing playbooks to support new store openings – leading the development and execution of pre-opening, opening, and post-opening marketing plans.Evolve our approach to local marketing and content to drive store traffic, including establishing goals and roadmap to delivery.Identify opportunities to increase brand engagement, consideration, and new customer acquisition with consideration of new vs. existing market needs.Ensure a consistent and effective brand message across pre-opening, opening and post-opening campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing and media channel partners, events and PR, and store teams to develop marketing plans for new stores.Collaborate with store leadership and act as a liaison across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in brand marketing.Lead and develop team.Qualifications
The Nordstrom Rack Senior Marketing Manager is a unique role driving complex strategies and projects across multiple functions. The ideal manager may not have all the needed experience listed below and may need to learn aspects of the role quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the retail industry and with experience on store driving marketing, including specific channel strategies.Strong knowledge of brand and multi-channel marketing experience with proven ability to deliver results.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including comfortability interacting with leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.We’ve got you covered…

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $110,000 - $210,000 AnnuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
