As a Senior Manager within the Brand Experience Team at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will support the strategic planning and execution of high-impact events that elevate our brand presence and foster deep connections with our clients. Your role will be instrumental in orchestrating both large-scale activations and exclusive VIP experiences, ensuring each aligns seamlessly with our brand values and business objectives.
This role requires a blend of strategic insight, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering luxury experiences and events. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Brand Experience, you will play an integral role on the team in the Fanatics Betting & Gaming organization and the wider Fanatics brand.
This is a hybrid role, requiring four days per week in our New York City office.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with brand identity and messaging, while enhancing overall brand visibility. Curate and manage premium gifting initiatives that support brand and image objectives. ● Lead the planning and execution of select local events in partnership with the VIP marketing and customer teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., VIP Marketing, Creative Studio, Fanatics One, Corporate) and external partners to ensure seamless event operations and execution. Develop and implement comprehensive tool kits and frameworks to establish and standards across the business Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality events and experiences. Oversee event budgets to maximize impact, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or brand standards. Analyze event performance metrics to assess ROI and inform future event strategies.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred ● Minimum of 7 years of marketing, events, client engagement, hospitality, or corporate gifting. Proven track record of managing large-scale events and VIP experiences, luxury experience preferred. Experience building and leading a small team. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong attention to detail and a creative approach in creating meaningful events and activations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Google suite including Google Slides Adept at crafting compelling presentation materials Demonstrate high level of professional integrity and discretion when dealing sensitive information Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly. The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program.
*Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $150,000 to $190,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
