As Senior Manager, Brand Food & Beverage (F&B) Development - Asia Pacific (APAC), you are responsible for creating innovative, locally and globally relevant food and beverage concepts. A creative thinker skilled in driving concept ideation, crafting compelling narratives and developing innovative F&B concepts that align with the evolving market demands of luxury, lifestyle, and full service brands. These brands aim to exceed the guest expectation within our franchised and managed hotels, enhance the value proposition for our brands and appeal to the local dining clientele within the market.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\n\nCreative thinker who is skilled in writing compelling, clear concept narratives and developing robust concept pillars. \nExperienced in concept ideation and innovation to develop new F&B concepts by analyzing relevant markets, customer insights, and identifying growth opportunities.\nAdept at researching and preparing market research, analyzing customer preferences, demographics and competitive landscape in key locations across the region to identify trends, key market drivers and opportunities for innovative F&B concepts.\nAbility to develop and prepare detailed restaurant and bar concept briefs that are high quality, profitable and contemporary solutions for our brands. \nOversee and manage the team and consultants in conducting market research for new concepts that align with our overall business objectives and brand vision.\nAbility to conduct floor plan analysis for front and back of house for new and existing projects. \nConfident in presenting to owners, ownership teams, ID and kitchen consultants in person and online.\nLiaise with and prepare departmental presentations for use as communications and development tools for internal and external stakeholders. \nCoordinate and track the status of new F&B project development across APAC.\nEnsure the continued communication and regular meetings with brand management teams, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations, Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C) and other internal stakeholders.\nStreamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department in accordance with organization’s mission, goals and objectives.\nEffective time management in ensuring the delivery of concepts and plans in a timely fashion.\nRegular discussion with manager on actual performance against standards to determine whether the department is on target to reach its goals and takes corrective actions as necessary. \n\nWHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
