Possessing some super-powers will be essential to success. The ideal candidate will be a keen brand strategist but also has strong business acumen, an analytical supervisor but also an impactful creator, a leader of the team but also a powerful influencer.

The vision is to turn Sprite back to growth, reach its historical high. As one of the big bets is meal. Sprite X Spicy is a new initiative and important consumption occasion to help Sprite gain more weekly+ and grow off-season business.

What You'll Do for Us:

Lead Sprite X Spicy meal occasion development, through consumer-centric understanding, assets creation, and consumer engagement planning.Work with BG & IMX team to land Sprite Spicy program and drive transactionsWork with commercial to develop E&D customers through marketing resource supportDrive HC & O2O business through AH meal occasionDrive Fiber opportunity through meal occasionAnalyze business opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.6+ years of experience in brand management.Knowledge of procedures and media used to drive increased volume and brand equity.Business acumen to understand AFH & AH trade knowledge.Good communication with BGs
