Job Summary
As a Senior Manager in Business Analysis within the GRM IT and Data Strategy team, you will play an integral role in conducting business analysis to support the maturity of GRM’s Data Management practices, refresh and implementation of IT Roadmaps, as well as the delivery of GRM’s regulatory and transformation projects.Job Description
What will you do?
Document and communicate business purpose, roles and responsibilities, risks and issues, pain points, functional and data requirements of key GRM business processes and reportsSupport the development of data domain scorecard for measuring GRM data domain maturitySupport 1st LoD players in fulfilling data policy requirements including but not limited to documenting transformation rules, managing Critical Data Elements, managing and reporting data issuesEnsure progress is being made to address data issues, manage manual adjustments and establish change manage process in data managementWork closely with GFT Architects to document GRM priorities in each risk areas and create technology roadmaps to support the implementation of the prioritiesWork in large program setting to support creation of business cases, including project's scope, objectives, budget, schedule and risk assessmentWork closely with business owners and system architects to deliver project results by conducting business analysis and designing high-level solutionParticipate in annual IT planning cycle and conduct analysis on app dev run rate analysisJob Skills
