Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Plan and execute commercial data modeling and scenario analysis using a mix of secondary and primary research techniques.
• Deliver high quality, and relevant insights that characterize opportunities and risks and translate into clear management recommendations with associated possible effects for the business.• Decision support using a broad range of quantitative techniques to analyze, interpret and understand main business and market dynamics. Present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to senior leadership in a manner that is easily interpreted and aids strategic decision-making.•Partner with external vendors to initiate secondary data research to identify the barriers and opportunities for demand generation in CSL brands.• Collaborate with Patient Services, FRM, Marketing, Market Access , Sales operations, Forecasting , Medical ,Market Research and CI to align brand strategies to maximize customer experience.• Work with the US Business teams to gain a deeper understanding of patient dynamics, market size, patient journeys , reimbursement & pricing constraints for CSL brands. • Leverage primary and secondary data using appropriate analytical methods, techniques, tools and applications; Partner with Business Analytics team member, third-party vendors and internal partners to conduct analysis that inform brand forecasts and reflect important brand investments and deployment of resource. • Develop and implement quantitative measurements that ensure US Commercial’s franchise and brand level tactical focus and execution is aligned with strategic intent.• Become a technology leader in US commercial operations and assume leadership role in automation, tool generation, dashboarding , KPI reporting etc.• For assigned projects, manage, and negotiate all research & analytics related expenses to ensure the cost-effective use of resourcesQualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required with quantitative focus (mathematics, engineering, statistics, economics)• 7+ years’ in pharmaceutical commercial analysis working on secondary data including Claims, EMR, Sales etc..• 5+ years’ experience working with SAS, R , SQL, Tableau along with relational databases• Prior experience with Brand analytics, patient analytics or a strong plus.• Prior experience working in Pharma consulting, biotech or biopharmaceutical preferred#LI-JG2Our BenefitsCSL employees that work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits effective day 1.
