Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Business Process Sr Manager is responsible to improvise and streamline end to end processes, supporting the manufacturing team strategically with the BPM team.
This role covers but not limited to performing gap analysis, mapping, streamlining & improvising the process flows to suit business need & towards an optimised operations.
He/she will be involved in various manufacturing/Engineering related improvements through cross functional to support the desired business goals of the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the planning, development, implementation of manufacturing methods, processes and operations on the areas of business process management,
2. Able to evaluate and identify areas for improvement in operations specifically in the area of manufacturing.
3. Coordinating the improvement strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Track, monitor and follow up all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
5. Provider of systemic solutions on both manufacturing & engineering support activities to achieve optimum productivity, quality and cost.
6. Monitor the deployed changes through change management process
QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or any related fields.Minimum 5- 10 years’ experience in EMS or electronics and related field.Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish objectivesPossess strong communication skills & project management acumen.
PREFERRED:
Experienced on solid state drive/flash environment is preferredGood analytical skills, positive personality and takes initiative Proactive in teamwork and independent work
• Skills in the area of problem-solving, lean six sigma, FMEA & PMP is key.
