Senior Manager, Business Systems
Our Director of Business Systems is responsible for leading a team of high performers to drive the implementation and management of world-class systems and to support our core business processes. You will own the transformation and ongoing management of company-wide business systems that create value for our internal teams. You will work cross-functionally across our core business areas including Sales, Finance and Accounting, Customer Support and Success and Professional Services, and you will lead those functions through integrating acquired businesses into our business systems platform. The ideal candidate loves managing a team of committed problem-solvers, is passionate about creating value through streamlined business processes and is dedicated to producing the highest quality results. Key Responsibilities + Lead and drive cross-functional business systems acquisition integrations effectively + Deliver core business systems that enable employees to conduct their work efficiently, minimizing friction, waste, or delay + Manage the day-to-day operations of the core business systems platform, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders + Apply in-depth understanding of the company’s end-to-end business processes to enhance system integration and operational efficiency + Establish and maintain a cost-effective, stable partner network for acquisitions integration, implementation, and other expert services as needed to meet the needs of the business Competencies + Proactive problem solving: Ability to identify potential issues before they arise and effectively address them to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities + Ability to influence: Capability to guide and influence stakeholders and team members to achieve company goals + Problem solving (systems & process): Process-oriented view to problem solving. + Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitates collaboration across various functions to achieve shared objectives. + Change management: Leads organizational change initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. + Disciplined Execution: Detail-oriented and organized, this leader prioritizes effectively, excels at time management, and anticipates well in decision making Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Or equivalent degree + 3+ years in Business Systems Leader roles + Travel expected: <25% + Office Requirements: Fully remote
