Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced, business-centric professional to join the Bunge Technology (BT) organization. The BTP team will be responsible for driving the vision and defining the BT roadmap for business and function domains at Bunge. This team will work with Bunge’s senior executives to align on the business and functional outcomes technology must deliver, be the single point of contact to the business, and ensure the BT ecosystem is delivering as planned through an agreed set of OKRs.  This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, finance partners, HR partners, and technology delivery partners. The role reports to the BTP Leader in the BT organization.  

Essential Functions

Build a strong relationship with business and functional Domain leads by intimately understanding the Domain business strategy, solution needs, market trends, and relevant Domain-specific technical innovations guided by our global customer experience driven technology roadmaps.  Support and execute the end-to-end BT Domain technology-enabled short & mid-term strategy for each business or functional Domain focusing on impact-oriented initiatives as a regional team focused in operating synchronously globally to deliver business value.    Responsible to design the strategy, implement & execute multi-dimensional initiatives and projects to enable the business strategy  Leads large and complex initiatives, including designing & managing operational plans, directly connected to the key enablement of the business strategy for assigned Domain.  Oversee customer journey roadmap development to implement technology in a customer-centric order   Work with a team of Product Owners deployed for the development of specific products operating with Agile (e.g., epics, user stories)    Work with technology delivery leaders to solve complex cross-functional problems and monitor delivery, address potential escalations as they arise, remove roadblocks, and inform business counterparts of progress, also cultivating alliances for present or upcoming positions  Act as a liaison between the technology team and business stakeholders, fostering effective communication and understanding to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions assigned unit’s initiatives within the Business Technology team with minimal oversight with the BTP leader  Collaborate with the business team to understand requirements, identify opportunities and jointly develop solutions focused on improving processes for assigned Domain and enabling the achievement of business strategy and goals  Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and industry best practices to deliver value to farmers, CPGs, fuel companies, and other stakeholders of our different value chains 

Qualifications

Bachelors' degree required, or equivalent degree (Business or Technical preferred), or combination of equivalent years of experience and education   6+ years experience on Businesses/Fuctional Domains or technology related to the functions or businesses Domains  Make decisions aligned to Bunge’s global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation. Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles. Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge’s priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication. In-depth knowledge of related process for assigned unit , leveraging this knowledge to devise creative answers for enhancing outcomes or resolving issues  Demonstrated ability to create a compelling Technology Roadmap based on business strategy, industry trends, user demands, and user pain points   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders and build strong partnerships  Ability to engage with CoEs to: Ensure product development and delivery, Bring back deeper industry and competitor understanding, Cultivate alliances, nurture potential, mentor individuals for advancement in their present or upcoming positions  Ensure an effective and organized delivery of results, driving collaboration, nurturing potential and mentoring individuals for advancement in their present position and career planning for several years ahead  Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions  Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, and a track record of delivering technology projects
