About the Role
• Strategize, plan, design, and develop E-Learning programs by specifying training objectives, content, activities, and methods in program design to meet the identified training and business needs.• Supervise and support team members in delivering quality E-Learning training support.
• Support for the training competency development of E-Learning developers / trainers in the department
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of E-Learning programs, including but not limited to the identification of training needs, selection of suitable training providers and courses, management of enrolment and payment procedures, and evaluation of coursesManage and support the formulation, implementation, and improvement of E-Learning’s development planLead and mentor the E-Learning development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Review and improve the E-Learning development, workflow and procedures to increase the productivity and efficiency in order to support the growth of the businessManage e-learning platforms including training systems, Learning Management System (LMS), and online trainingStay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative learning approaches. Explore gamification, microlearning, and other modern techniques.Collaborate closely with trainers and other departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment on training initiatives.Minimum Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
University / College graduate plus 10 years relevant experience, including 6 years managerial exposureGood training sense in terms of E-Learning course development, design and evaluation & Learning Management System (LMS) ManagementGood management, presentation, communications, and facilitation skillsProficient in written & spoken EnglishKnowledge in insurance industry preferredProficient in eLearning software like iSpring / Articulate Storyline, etcProficient in Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and AI, etcProactive, mature, initiative, customer service oriented, willing and able to learn, team player, trustworthyProficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Others:
