Senior Manager, Business Transformation
Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Business Transformation, to join the Business Process Transformation (BPT) Team. The Senior Manager is pivotal in leading process improvement initiatives, thought leadership, and driving enterprise transformation across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting skills, organizational restructuring, and process excellence, with a focus on accelerating profitable performance. The BPT Team at International Motors is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the automotive, transportation, and logistics industries. Responsibilities Lead and manage process improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches, accountability, analysis, application of best practices and discussion to arrive at alternative solutions. Plan, manage, and track the activities of a team (direct or indirect) providing operational support for various business functions. Provide strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration, and resource allocation. Ensure policies and procedures align with corporate vision and objectives. Collaborate with senior management and executive leadership on initiatives involving multiple functional areas. Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities. Manage resources, policy formation, and operational objectives to ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. Manage the end-to-end transformation lifecycle (identification, prioritization, implementation, sustaining and monitoring value) Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 10 years of business process improvement, lean, six sigma, engineering or analytics experience At least 4 years of management experience OR Master’s degree At least 8 years of business process improvement, lean, six sigma, engineering or analytics experience At least 4 years of management experience OR At least 12 years of business process improvement, lean, six sigma, engineering or analytics experience At least 4 years of management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills 5+ years of top consulting experience with top-tier consulting companies (Porsche Consulting, Deloitte, KPMG, Boston Consulting Group, Roland Barger, etc.). Strong executive presence and synthesis skills Experience leading organizational design, change management, Zero Based Budgeting, Business Process Outsourcing, Process Excellence, and other enterprise transformational initiatives. Proven track record of accelerating profitable performance. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to understand business partner needs and deliver solutions Broad understanding of modern innovation and digital transformation to drive operational excellence and challenge norms Background in automotive, transportation, or logistics industries.
