Job Description

As a key member of the CEO office, you will be responsible for managing projects across multiple functions within Traveloka to support our Chief Executive Officer in decision making and driving the company into the right directions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring connected understanding and strategy across the company and driving initiatives to enhance organizational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and execute strategic initiatives to ensure implementation of connected strategy across the organization that is well aligned with the company strategic directionsCollaborate with domain leaders across the organization to identify growth opportunities, develop effective execution plans, and raise the bar for pragmatic roll outBecome on-demand leaderships to drive and execute strategic missionDrive special projects as assigned by the CEO or other senior executives, including researching, analyzing, and presenting data to inform decision-making processesMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, while upholding confidentiality and maintaining discretion when handling sensitive informationAssess the risks, costs, and efforts associated with new initiatives or special projects, then oversee and guide these endeavours to completionHandle day-to-day tasks that require additional capacity, including coordinating projects with domain leaders and managing business administration responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in business strategy development, corporate strategy, or strategic / management consulting backgroundBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields. A Master’s or Doctor of Philosophy's degree is a plusProven ability to manage high-priority projects, with strong organizational skills, attention to details, and bias for actionsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to develop first principle thinking, evaluate risks, costs, and benefits of initiativesAbility to think critically and provide strategic insights to the CEO and other senior leadersStrong problem-solving abilities, with experience in navigating uncertainties and mitigating risks in a dynamic environmentA collaborative and growth mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teamsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling day-to-day tasks that require quick decision-making
