Senior Manager, Change Management

Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Change Management will join the Change Management Center of Excellence and will support and manage numerous change management activities across the organization, including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and communications focused on supporting the Global enterprise. The senior manager will develop change management strategies and plans and conduct impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, business readiness assessments, communication content and training materials. This role may also develop surveys, analyze data and compile summary report-outs. This individual will closely partner with the project team and varying change champions to drive program goals and individual behavior changes. This role will also be a team lead and may oversee internal team members and external consultants. This individual will provide weekly (or more often if needed) change management status updates to the Sr. Director, Change Management and to respective project teams that are being supported.



The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and quick learner who can juggle multiple priorities, will proactively make connections with partners across the business, has good project management skills including using SmartSheet, and can make decisions even when there are areas of ambiguity. This individual will create change management deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, communications, training materials as needed, etc.

Must be, flexible, adaptable and a team player who can develop change management materials that are outcomes focused.

This role will report into the Sr. Director of Change Management.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead, design and implement change management strategies, plans, and solutions across the organization.Partner with leaders, decision-makers and influencers to develop and implement traditional and innovative solutions including assessments, communications and training materials; provide change management status updates.Manage stakeholder alignment and issue resolution leveraging executive influence skills.Monitor implementations, escalating risk and resistance and preparing risk mitigation solutions.Maintain change management processes, ensure consistency at all points of the change curve and drive continuous improvement.Partner with change management team to develop repeatable processes and templates that will serve as core elements of Cushman & Wakefield’s global change management capability.Performs other related duties as required or requested

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Personnel Development, Change Management, English, Communications, Psychology, Business, or Journalism   7+ years of experienceSpecialized Knowledge/Skills: Change Management and Communications Must be a team player; able to shift priorities as business needs changeExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsExceptional project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in achieving successful outcomes on all activities, ability to exercise good judgment, adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentOrganized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $131,750.00 - $155,000.00
