The Senior Manager, GTM Communications Strategy for the Wizards Play Network (WPN) will develop and lead critical communication initiatives that encourage and engage WPN retailers worldwide. This role will lead a team that owns crafting compelling messaging, managing communication channels, and delivering impactful content that supports retailer success and enhances their connection to Wizards of the Coast’s products and programs.
What You'll Do: Create and implement go-to-market (GTM) communication strategies that effectively promote WPN programs, services, and products to current and potential retailers. Align communication initiatives with Wizards of the Coast’s overall brand and product objectives. Lead and mentor a team responsible for crafting and implementing communication strategies, managing our communication platforms, and delivering program and business messaging to retailers. Manage and optimize communication platforms, including the WPN website, social media channels, and other retailer-facing communication outlets. Guide the creation of content that highlights new products, services, and programs across all product lines within the WPN. Develop communication cadences that balance frequency and depth, fostering sustained retailer engagement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game design studios, product marketing, and sales, to align retailer communication strategies with larger initiatives. Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies using analytics, retailer feedback, and critical metrics. Find opportunities to optimize communication efforts and report on results to leadership.What You Bring: 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, with expertise in GTM strategies and communication channel management in retail or B2B environments. Demonstrated ability to lead and empower teams, with a consistent track record of remarkable results. Problem solver with excellent storytelling abilities, capable of creating unified messaging across diverse platforms. Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or similar tabletop games is a plus.
Compensation Range (USD):
Starting: $ 130,500
Ending: $148,000
