Manage the Channel Operations effectiveness of China. Research and extract valuable information from internal and external data sources to explain historical, current and future China channel performance including sales/dealer achievement rate, hospital sales and inventory level. Determine the best data warehouse structure and analytical models and approaches to present those information to business and functional team.

• Directs the development of company channels operations programs. These activities may include planning, developing, and implementing programs for distributors, reseller, and channel operations.
• Identify risk, develop and lead in the implementation of channel operations strategies which include negotiations with internal and external parties
• Manage activities with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables. Identify risk, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolve issues, action item follow up, etc. in collaboration with cross functional and/or matrix teams
• Manage and oversee the work of Channel Operations team within own function and may indirectly manage cross functional or matrix teams as appropriate. Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department
• Advice and influence business functions through the use of channel intelligence analysis and channel KPI updates
• Other incidental duties
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in in related field Demonstrated track record in people management Required
Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field Experience working in a regulated industry Preferred
