Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management - Perm - San Diego, CA.

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Manager for Clinical Data Management. This role involves overseeing data management activities for clinical trials ranging from phase 1 to 4.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will ensure accurate data collection, cleaning, and validation while working with various data systems. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, project management, risk assessment, and excellent communication skills.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with substantial experience in Clinical Data Management within the biotech/pharma industry.Experience in vendor management and global operations is preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

The Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management's responsibilities will be:

Manage data activities, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to project timelines.Oversee the development of Case Report Form (CRF) and Clinical Case Group (CCG), manage vendors, and ensure data reconciliation.Ensure Contract Research Organizations (CROs) provide actionable metrics and maintain high data quality.Educate teams on Data Management processes, review protocols, and maintain audit readiness in the Trial Master File (TMF).

Compensation:

USD 160 000.00 per annum
