Stryker is hiring a Senior Manager, Clinical Field Operations, This position is Remote, supporting our Neurovascular Division. Preference will be given to candidates in the Western and Central locations of the United States.
What you will do
As a premier subject matter expert in Stryker Neurovascular products, workflows and procedures, you help the clinical team implement clinical protocols, advise/train physicians on clinical procedures, and interface with cross functional NV leadership (R&D, Marketing, Sales, QA) to achieve the execution goals of our global clinical trials. You will be key to managing a successful Clinical Field Services team by providing the required tactical leadership, coaching/mentoring to the team while supporting the team’s shared services mission and vision to achieve optimal clinical and business results.
Achieve optimal business results and excellent customer satisfaction across Stryker Neurovascular clinical trials by the building long term customer satisfaction, optimizing clinical workflows and driving clinical proficiency with our Stryker Neurovascular technologies.Lead technical and clinical support to investigators during patient screening, case planning, and device selection.Maximize clinical case efficiency of customers to drive improvements in patient outcomes.Demonstrated ability to apply medical, surgical, and interventional skills and terminology. Provide clinical onsite coverage and remote clinical trial case support.Manage physician proctoring certifications, trainings, scheduling activities and inventory management for all clinical trials.Define study specific plans, implement and monitor the performance objectives for the Clinical Field Services Team.Attract, develop and retain top talent to create a stable and consistently high performing Clinical Field Services team.Possess the ability to quickly understand, address and escalate physician issues or feedback in a timely manner.Communicate device handling, utilization techniques and troubleshooting via education and technical trainings in connection with clinical investigations.Develop, Collect, review, and assess appropriate metrics, process, controls and documentation to evaluate Clinical Field Service team performance.Experience with communication technology setup (e.g. SkillAssist) with an affinity towards knowledge, continuous learning and development. Be a strategic thinker and cross-functional collaborator with dynamic interpersonal and communication skills navigate through a matrix organization of key cross functional (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Quality) stakeholders.Build quality into all aspects of the work by maintaining compliance to all clinical and quality requirements & training.
What you need
Preferred
An advanced or master’s degree, or certifications in clinical research and project management.Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 14155, ISO 13485, and 21CFR 820.Demonstrated understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).$142,600 - $242,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
