The Commercial Excellence Senior Manager, APAC for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the commercial strategy and ensuring alignment of sales and marketing efforts with the company's business goals. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales and operational processes, developing and implementing best practices as well as ensuring that commercial operations are running efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities and a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity for:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Support commercial strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market opportunities through driving excellence in CRM systems utilization to manage customer relationships and sales activities, key account management, pricing and product forecasting. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunitiesPartnering with HGM, global and senior leadership to design and set performance targets for key commercial excellence initiatives.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of commercial strategies.Prepare regular reports, generate insights and identify growth drivers for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.Process Improvement and Best Practices:
Analyze existing operations processes and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.Implement tools and processes that improve communication and information sharing between departments.The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in a commercial excellence, sales management, or marketing management role.Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, processes, and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
