Job Description

What is the role?

As Senior Manager, Communications in Commercial Banking Operations, you will develop and lead effective communications plans for transformational programs, enterprise, regulatory and change initiatives. You will provide support for our executive communications and enablement activities and you will also collaborate closely with operations, business, and functional partners to deliver tailored messages and actions for Commercial Banking Operations teams.
 

What will you do?

Develop and execute communications plans for initiatives for cross-platform, Line of Business and CBO initiativesReview, edit and package communications and presentations for senior leaders and impacted employees that are clear, customized and consumableEnable capability-build initiatives to ensure future-ready teamsBe a champion of our engagement model and promote communications standards with stakeholdersMeasure the effectiveness of communications, track change progress and adoption, and drive improvements in multi-media content and delivery as well as embed and sustain tacticsSupport Executive communications and events, as well as Employee Engagement initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

5+ years of related experience in communications and change managementUniversity degree or qualifications in a related fieldStrong Social Media experienceEffective collaboration with diverse stakeholders; impact and influenceAbility to prioritize, adapt and work flexiblyDetail-oriented skills with the ability to edit and simplify complex informationDriven self-starter with initiative, good judgment and a continuous improvement mindsetExemplar of the Leadership ModelBeing bilingual is an asset.
