Senior Manager, Compensation

Job Summary
Lead all non- executive compensation related activities. This role manages major non-executive compensation initiatives and/or programs and processes and develops, implements, and administers non-executive compensation policy and practices. This role will also manage the participation in surveys and study labor markets to determine compensation trends.  

Essential Job Duties

Provide oversight of the design, implementation and administration of non-executive compensation programs.Manages the evaluation of jobs using standard job evaluation techniques; determination of levels within the organization and benchmarking non-executive roles relative to the market.Manages modeling projects to support business decisions.Responsible for compensation processes such as the merit and annual corporate bonus processes. Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure data and system readiness to deliver such processes.Responsible for establishing Salary Administration Guidelines and corresponding processes; bonus plan documents and related.Responsible for ensuring compliance with any regulations including both federal and state.Ensure salary structure is market competitive and meets business growth objectives.Responsible for management and updates of the job description catalog.Responsible for ensuring HR and Compensation Systems are current for all compensation related elements (benchmarking, minimum wages, etc)Ensure time off rates are current for all roles.Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of existing compensation program design and guidelines.Manage participation in surveys conducted by third parties.Acts as internal consultant/advisor to managers and other HR staff. May make recommendations to leaders on non-executive compensation issues.Create materials to effectively communicate compensation programs, policies, and practices to leaders.Responsible for the administration of the Company Vehicle Program.

Skill/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience to acquire the knowledge and skills required for the position.Strong communication skills and executive presence to advise and influence leadersStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage modeling to support business decisions10+ years in Human Resources or related experience
