Job Title: Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement

The Job Details:
• Manage the financial justification, strategic planning, and budget of large-scale lean initiatives and projects
• Manage a department budget and multiple full-time employees working out of the Camden office or remote
• Manage prioritization of WMS system(s) enhancement working directly with IT development as operational SME
• Manage the execution of internal audits/assessments of operational best practices at 40+ facilities
• Manage the creation and deployment of operational training material (USCS University)
• Develop and present financial justifications and analysis on potential new technology and business applications
• Work closely with the Automation team, managing small R&D projects and evaluating opportunities to scale
• Work with MARC to execute warehouse and engineering labor efficiencies across all locations
• Plan, budget, and execute large scale operational meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual)
• Develop an operational support network of system super users across the USCS network
• Drive and track national cost savings initiatives through smaller traditional CI projects at all 40+ facilities
• Present to senior leadership, clearly identifying the progress and current state of major company initiatives

What We Are Looking For:
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a similar field (equivalent business experience will be considered)
• 6sigma or Lean 6sigma certifications
Experience
• At least 7 years of experience in a logistics or 3PL operation
• At least 4 years of project management experience
• Strategic thinker – able to describe and sell a vision to business stakeholders
• Management of budgets for employees and projects
• Management of successful traditional CI projects
