Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

How you’ll make an impact:

Lead key FP&A analyses supporting executive financial presentations, including for the Board of DirectorsProvide strong partnership with cross-functional teams to provide accurate and timely Wall Street guidancePresent and defend strategic financial concepts to varying levels of management, including executive levelProvide guidance and drive the creation and tracking of financial component of EW bonus planSupport Edwards strategic growth through the annual and long-term planning processesProactively identifies management and business needs and successfully develops business cases for process improvement-related projectsInterface across all of EW finance as well as Strategy and HRMentor and develop more junior team members to ensure team-wide development and successOther incidental duties


What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or MathematicsA minimum of ten years of Finance/Accounting experience (OR eight years with a Master's degree)

For California, the base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $163,000 (highly experienced).
