The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a critical role in C Spire’s financial planning and analysis operations. This person will be responsible for administering management reporting and financial planning processes, driving centralized and harmonized reporting, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure accurate, efficient, and actionable financial insights for the organization.  The individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing consolidated financial statements, developing multi-year and annual operating plans, and evaluating strategic investments. In addition, the Corporate FP&A Lead will help determine the company’s capital structure and assist with external reporting to the Board of Directors and lenders.

 

This team member will report to the Sr. Director of FP&A, while partnering with the senior leaders to help the company define and achieve its short and long-term goals and objectives.  The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will directly manage and oversee select members of the FP&A team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen, as well as a telephone. Must be able to work a flexible schedule shared by other department members including some evenings and weekends.
