Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A Systems to contribute meaningfully to planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy in support of our rapidly growing organization. This is a unique role where you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization through the lens of a financial and data system administrator and be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and driving system and process improvements, delivering value-added business analysis, as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Freshworks financial planning systems with emphasis on Workday Adaptive PlanningOversee system configurations, integrations, and updates to ensure they align with the company's financial operations and business needsProvide business support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues through partnerships with IT, and work closely with internal teams to resolve operational concernsCollaborate with Corporate FP&A, Business Finance, and Corporate Strategy Teams to develop long-range planning scenarios using Adaptive PlanningMonitor system performance, manage database backups, and ensure the availability and security of financial dataCollaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Power BI, SFDC, and Workday HCMEnsure that financial systems comply with internal controls, accounting standards, and industry regulationsDevelop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end-usersAssist in the development and generation of financial reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making Stay current on industry best practices, technological advancements, and trends related to financial systems and softwarePlease note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tue-Thur) from our San Mateo, CA headquarters
QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in financial systems administration or a similar role, with hands-on experience managing financial software applications (e.g., Adaptive Planning/insight, Hyperion Suites, SAP, and Anaplan)Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and internal controlsProficient in database management, system integration, and data migration techniquesExperience with business intelligence tools and reporting softwareExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departmentsKnowledge of data security protocols, user access controls, and regulatory requirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field Additional InformationThis role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package
$195,000 - $250,000 Base Salary + Bonus Compensation
