POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Creative Content Strategist creatively and strategically develops content that informs, entertains, inspires, and engage customers. He/she will work with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop projects that drive brand engagement and growth. He/she is responsible for developing innovative ideas and concepts that are in line with the company’s objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for planning, designing, creating, editing, and publishing relevant content based on the company’s business goals.
2. Creates target audience profiles by learning their priorities and content needs
3. Creates and manages content marketing and social media campaigns
4. Implements best SEO and SEM practices
5. Develop creative briefs and strategies of projects; updating ad campaigns based on trends in the industry and perform market research and lead focus groups to help narrow the focus of the campaign.
6. Ensures web contents are aligned with the brand and adds value to existing and prospective clients.
7. Drives inbound traffic into the brand website and encourage reader to take a profitable business action.
8. Analyzes and measures the success of creative campaigns
9. Must be able to influence the creative process and work closely with the members of the team (artists/animators, web coder, photographer/videographer, copywriter and accounts).
10. Evaluates and ensures the quality of creative content before presentation to the Director of Branding and stakeholders.
11. To perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Resorts Marketing & Branding
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1. Increase brand awareness and recognition (Influencer mentions, Keyword Rank, Sentiment analysis, Share of Voice)
2. Boost engagement (Comments, Scroll Depth, Time on Page, Page per Session)
3. Generate more leads (Impressions and CTR)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proficient in various design and editing software and tools
2. Proficient in in digital marketing - SEO, SEM, programmatic, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn platforms
3. Experience in copywriting, account management, graphic design and video editing
4. Proven track record of developing successful creative strategies
5. Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills
6. Tracking and calculating content ROI
7. Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends
8. Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms
9. Building strategic partnerships
10. Leadership qualities
Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Fine Arts, or any related field
2. At least 8+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Advertising, or Marketing is preferred
