Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence.Developing and streamlining hiring and onboarding processes for creative and operational talent to improve team integration and performance.Leading budgeting processes for creative operations to optimize resources and financial planning.Implementing strategic frameworks and tools to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, workflow efficiency and team collaboration.Establishing best practices for project management and operational excellence within creative teams.Providing operational expertise and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.Reporting key operational metrics and identifying areas for continuous improvement.Partnering with media, sales, and product teams to align creative operations with business objectives.You’ll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through the day-to-day management of an internal integrated creative team and overseeing Residential functions, ensuring compliance and alignment with creative initiatives. Required Qualifications
Experience: Experience in creative operations, business affairs, or project management 7 yearsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, Design Management or related discipline; or equivalent experience and education.Technical skills: Strong expertise in budgeting, talent operations, and process development. Experience with creative project management tools and workflow optimization.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English.
