Senior Manager, Culture & Growth

Mobile Communications America, Inc. seeks an experienced organizational development leader to drive culture and growth initiatives for a fast-growing workforce across multiple states. 

 

This individual will collaborate with leaders and teams to identify organizational development needs, develop solutions, design impactful learning experiences, and implement organizational change initiatives that drive business success. Additionally, this individual will lead the design and development of MCA Way Forward, a scalable system to identify roles, responsibilities, success measures, and career development to drive employee engagement.   This role will prepare the organization for future growth by identifying talent gaps, developing career pathways, and creating proactive solutions to build leadership pipelines.

 

This role is critical in ensuring that our people have the tools, skills, and resources to reach their full potential, align with business objectives, and support long-term growth.  The individual in this role should be excited about the opportunity to have a big impact quickly!

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

Promote a culture of growth and internal mobility through MCA Way Forward, including project management, program development, and vendor management. Develop and execute scalable learning strategies aligned with company goals.Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning framework.Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning sessions with department heads.Identify and implement leadership training programs that align with succession plans, including external vendor relationships, program development and program delivery.  Implement coaching and mentoring programs to develop leadership capabilities and support career advancement.Drive employee engagement initiatives, measuring and tracking success through surveys and employee NPS, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms. Support other Employee Engagement & HR initiatives as needed – we are a small team and often work cross-functionally!

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Minimum of 5+ years in organizational development, talent development or change management role; experience leading manager and leadership development programs preferable. Previous experience supporting multi-state or geographically distributed teams is preferred.Exceptional project management, communication and facilitation skills.Ability to navigate ambiguity and build programs from scatch.Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive decisions.Self-motivated, organized, and excited to have a positive impact. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience in organizational development

 

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Up to 15% travel. Some overnight travel is expected.
