Senior Manager, Customer Solutions & Engineering

Job Description

Identifies changes in market and technology environment and drives changes to solutions and ways of workingProvides technical consultancy to Sales and customersParticipates in high priority customer meetings as CSE representative, impacts on customer specifications and understanding customer needsCosting management; understanding total costing, Front Line target costing, and planning for cost effective solutionsEnsures compliant deployment of engineering policy, local codes and standardsProvides solutions where full lifecycle management is considered; installability and maintainability are taken into accountFacilitates information sharing and creates collaborative working environmentDrives competence development in the team

 

Requirement

Degree Holder in electronic / electrical / building services engineering or equivalent disciplineHolder of Registered Engineer license is preferableAt least 5 years of experience in Lift & Escalator industry, with supervisory experience is preferableIn depth knowledge of elevator and escalator systemsSelf-motivated and autonomous with strong time management and organizational skills.
