We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Customer Trust within our Splunk Global Security (SGS) group. This role requires a people leader who is passionate to hire, train, manage assignments, and develop talent within your team. The Senior Manager of Customer Trust will be responsible for leading the security response to customer initiated RFP/RFI's, sales security inquiries, and customer audit engagements. Learn more about the team, meet our leaders, and hear more from our Splunk security experts at splunk.com/careers/splunk-global-security.What you'll get to doYou are a people leader who is passionate about developing a world class function by hiring and developing top talent.You are an authority in Security Compliance, Sales Support, and Audit Engagements.You are capable of communicating effectively to technical and non-technical teams within and outside the organization.You are proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation through a repeatable process.You are skilled in conducting cross-functional audits and assessments, while tracking and influencing action.You have experienced in building and delivering security presentations.You will develop dashboards and metrics to represent the customer trust program performance for cross-functional partners and executive management.You will be a key force for security program maturation within the security team and with business partners.You will design and implement a technology and data-driven approach to ensure the security processes are efficient, scalable and repeatable.You will bring a strong commitment to partnerships with leaders across the enterprise to engage and influence toward resolution .Must-have QualificationsMinimum seven (7) years of proven experience in a security governance, risk, compliance, or audit leadership role; including two (2) years of accountability leading a security program.Minimum three (3) years experience as a people leader with responsibility to manage a team.Current knowledge of information technology processes and controls along with a deep understanding of one or more of the following security control frameworks; ISO, NIST, UCF, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), CIS Controls.Experience working with Enterprise GRC management platforms (Archer, ProcessUnity, OneTrust, ZenGRC, ServiceNow, etc.)At least one current professional certification is required, such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or GIAC.Experience and knowlege of security audit concepts - policies, control frameworks, sampling/testing, US and International laws and regulations.Knowledge and understanding of concepts and regulations - SOC2, GDPR, ISO, etc.Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to work individually, within a team, and partner with external customers.Possess high ethical standards, level of commitment, and ability to manage complexities.You are able to plan, coordinate and lead all aspects of multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorshipNice-to-have QualificationsWe’ve taken special care to separate the must-have qualifications from the nice-to-haves. “Nice-to-have” means just that: Nice. Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $181,200.00 - 249,150.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $163,080.00 - 224,235.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $144,960.00 - 199,320.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
