Senior Manager, Dynamic Working PMO
The Role
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your analytics expertise to support strategic planning initiatives. You will be responsible for leading space demand forecasting efforts. This includes analyzing workforce plans, site capacity and occupancy trends to establish accurate forecasts that inform both short- and long-term planning across the Workforce Planning (WFP) and Real Estate (RE) organizations.
You will collaborate closely with the WFP and RE teams. Your role will involve synthesizing data and insights to provide actionable recommendations that support space optimization and improve alignment with business requirements.
The Expertise you Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy and planning, or related fieldProven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop forecasting models, improve processes and inform enterprise strategiesIn-depth understanding of workforce planning and real estate strategiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organizationData driven approach to surfacing insights, framing problem statements, and building complete and cohesive presentationsProficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau and SnowflakeManage multiple high-impact projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and meeting project deadlines.Develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables to communicate occupancy strategies, insights and recommendations to leaders across the organizationThe Value you Deliver
